Every project begins with a thorough site-specific risk assessment and method statement. We identify hazards, assess risks, and put control measures in place before our team arrives on site.
Our teams work with HSE-aligned procedures, including safe working practices, proper use of PPE, hazard communication, and incident reporting. We maintain awareness of asbestos, COSHH, CDM regulations, and all applicable safety standards.
We understand waste management regulations and manage all site waste responsibly, including proper segregation, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials through authorised facilities.
On completion, we provide appropriate documentation including electrical installation certificates (where applicable), RAMS sign-off, and building regulations compliance evidence as required for your project.
We work to current Building Regulations standards including Part P (electrical), Part L (energy efficiency), and all other applicable regulations. For regulated work, we ensure proper notification and competent design and installation.
If you require evidence of a specific qualification, certification, or insurance policy for your procurement process, please contact us. We are happy to provide documentation where we hold it, and to discuss our plans for any accreditations we are currently working towards.
We're building our accreditations properly, with 10+ years of practical trade experience and genuine compliance processes behind every project.
