Sun Building Services is a management and coordination service — we handle enquiries, scoping, quotations, scheduling and coordination but do not carry out physical works ourselves. All physical works are delivered by independent specialist contractors who hold their own contracts, insurance and liability for workmanship.
The quotation and service documents will confirm the delivery contractor, their insurance and accreditations, and the contractual relationship between the client and the delivery contractor.
Enquiries acknowledged promptly with a named point of contact and defined next steps.
Works across multiple service lines coordinated through one customer-facing route.
Documentation and supplier information suitable for public-sector due diligence.
All physical works carried out by independent specialist contractors, confirmed per project.
Initial review, scope clarification, quotation, scheduling, coordination and follow-up.
Process matched to the scale of the enquiry and opportunity.
Our approach to public-sector work is deliberately sequential. Quality begins with the enquiry handling, the scoping conversation, the quotation and the coordination — not just the physical works.
We review the requirement and the site context.
We confirm the scope, access and supporting information needed.
We issue a clear quotation or written response.
We agree a realistic schedule aligned to site and stakeholder needs.
We coordinate delivery, attendance and on-site communication.
We confirm completion and address any follow-up items.
We recognise the importance of social value in public-sector procurement and the wider benefit of working responsibly within local communities. Where relevant and proportionate, we are open to discussions around local delivery, responsible service coordination, and practical ways of supporting community-facing outcomes.
Councils, public bodies, housing providers, schools, community organisations and commercial buyers can reach us through our dedicated procurement route.
