An overview of the compliance framework under which Sun Building Services operates and the documentation available on request.
Sun Building Services is a management and coordination service — we do not carry out physical works ourselves. We maintain appropriate insurance cover for our coordination activity. All physical works are delivered by independent specialist contractors who hold their own trade-specific insurance, accreditations and liability for workmanship.
We do not present contractor accreditations, qualifications or registrations as though they belong to Sun Building Services. The delivery contractor and their associated accreditations are identified in the quotation and service documents. Clients' contractual relationship for physical works is with the delivery contractor, not with Sun Building Services.
What we do not claim
- No implied trades accreditations — unless specifically confirmed and evidenced.
- No implied public-sector approval — unless a framework or approval is specifically evidenced.
- No self-delivery — all physical works are delivered by independent specialist contractors.
